  1. This is the bsd program cut which is needed for several different packages.
  2. To use it, simply uncompress it, rename it to "cut" (without the quotes!),
  3. and make it executable (using "chmod +x cut", if you'd ilke the quick way).
  4. That's all there is to it.  NOTE:  It was compiled under NS2.1 so there are
  5. no guarantees that it will work under NS3.0.
